China’s Victory Giant seeks up to HK$2.2 billion Hong Kong listing

On 2026-04-13, Victory Giant Technology Huizhou began taking investor orders for a Hong Kong listing that could raise up to HK$17.5 billion. The PCB maker, which supplies products used in AI servers, said the deal could be expanded to nearly US$3 billion with options.
