ZEN Petroleum IPO raises nearly $1 billion; more shares planned

On 2026-04-24, ZEN Petroleum said its initial public offering raised close to US$1 billion from institutional investors before its shares began trading on the Ghana Stock Exchange. The company listed 640 million ordinary shares after a book-building exercise, with 128 million shares offered at GH¢5.00 each.
