California man pleads guilty to $178M Medi-Cal wire fraud scheme

On 2026-04-08, Paul Richard Randall of Orange, California pleaded guilty to wire fraud in connection with a Medi-Cal scheme that prosecutors say billed more than $269 million and paid out more than $178 million.
