Morgan County man charged in child pornography investigation

On 2026-04-02, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Morgan County Sheriff James Fisher announced that Anthonie “Tony” Clifford, 26, of Malta, was charged in Morgan County, Ohio, with three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. Authorities said a search warrant led to the discovery of explicit videos of minors on his phone.
