Nigeria's Labour Party extends presidential ticket zoning to the South, seeks unity

On 2026-04-02, Labour Party interim national chairman Nenadi Usman said the party had invited aggrieved members to dialogue to resolve its internal crisis. She also said the party zoned its presidential ticket to the South in the interest of peace, social justice, and equal opportunity.
