Amaechi rules out consensus on ADC regional candidates for 2027 (Obi, Atiku)

On 2026-04-17, former Nigerian minister Rotimi Amaechi said in a television interview that all presidential aspirants in the African Democratic Congress are "regional candidates" and that he supports a proper primary election to choose the party’s 2027 flagbearer.
