Ukraine tests AI system to analyze government decisions

On 2026-04-19, Ukraine’s government said it was testing an AI system to analyze the potential impact of government decisions and review draft acts. The pilot system, described by Acting Digital Transformation Minister Oleksandr Bornyakov, generates assessments of who may benefit from decisions and classifies impacts as positive, neutral, or negative. The tool remains experimental and is not yet fully relied upon.
