EY rolls out AI audit tools across global assurance

On 2026-04-08, EY rolled out agentic AI across its global Assurance business, embedding it in all phases of the audit process via EY Canvas. The deployment covers 160,000 audit engagements in more than 150 markets and is intended to support audit teams, not replace human audit decisions.
