Zhulkarnain Abdul Rahim

Zhulkarnain bin Abdul Rahim is a Singaporean politician and lawyer who has been serving as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and Minister of State for Social and Family Development since 2026. As a member of the People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Keat Hong division of Chua Chu Kang Group Representation Constituency since 2020.
