Vivian Moreno

Vivian Moreno is an American politician serving as a member of the San Diego City Council since 2018, representing District 8. A member of the Democratic Party, she was a candidate for the San Diego County Board of Supervisors in the 2025 special election, placing third behind Chula Vista mayor John McCann and Imperial Beach mayor Paloma Aguirre.
