Teresa Ribera

Teresa Ribera Rodríguez is a Spanish jurist, civil servant, academic, and politician. Since 2024, she has served as the First Executive Vice-President of the European Commission for a Clean, Just, and Competitive Transition in the second von der Leyen Commission, while simultaneously holding the position of European Commissioner for Competitiveness.
