Sonny Angara

Juan Edgardo "Sonny" Manalang Angara is a Filipino lawyer and politician who has since 2024 served as the 54th secretary of education. He has concurrently served as chairman of the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas since 2016 and as the president of the Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino since 2018.
