Richard Baker

Richard Alan Baker is an American business executive. He is the owner of National Realty and Development Corp. (NRDC), a US-based private real estate development and investment company. He previously served as the chairman of the board of directors for Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (ROIC). He previously held various positions as owner of Hudson's Bay Company and was also the Executive Chairman of Saks Global, which includes luxury retail brands Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Saks OFF 5TH.
