Michel Danino

Michel Danino is a French-born Indian author. He has served as the chairperson of the National Council of Educational Research and Training's social science curriculum and was awarded the Padma Shri in 2017 for contributions to literature and education. His views on early Indian history have been criticized as aligned with Hindutva and engaging in historical negationism.
