Michael Rigas

Michael John Rigas is an American government official. He currently serves as both the acting CEO of the United States Agency for Global Media and deputy secretary of state for management and resources. He previously served as the acting director of the General Services Administration, acting director of the Office of Personnel Management, and deputy director of the Office of Personnel Management.
