Lamont Bagby

Lamont Bagby is an American politician of the Democratic Party. On November 3, 2015, he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 74th district, which includes Charles City County, parts of Henrico County and the city of Richmond. Bagby serves as the Chair of the Democratic Party of Virginia and Chair of the bicameral Virginia Legislative Black Caucus. He is a former member of the Henrico County School Board.
