KP Fabian

Kalarickal Pranchu Fabian is an Indian Diplomat, author and political commentator who served in the Indian Foreign Service between 1964 and 2000, during which he was posted to Madagascar, Austria, Iran, Sri Lanka, Canada, Finland, Qatar and Italy. He is known for his contributions to international diplomacy and commentary on global affairs.
