Joseph Bukari Nikpe

Joseph Nikpe Bukari is a Ghanaian politician and was a member of the Sixth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana as well as the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Saboba Constituency in the Northern Region of Ghana. He is currently the Minister in charge of the Ministry of Transport (Ghana)
