Jamel Semper

Jamel Ken Semper is an American lawyer from New Jersey who has served as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 2023. He previously served as an assistant United States attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey from 2018 to 2023.
