Francis Pangilinan

Francis Pancratius "Kiko" Nepomuceno Pangilinan is a Filipino lawyer, and politician who has served as a senator of the Philippines since 2025. He previously served as a senator from 2001 to 2013 and from 2016 to 2022 and was the Senate majority floor leader from 2004 to 2008.
