David R. Stras

David Ryan Stras is an American lawyer and jurist serving as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He was a justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court from 2010 to 2018 and a law professor at the University of Minnesota Law School from 2004 to 2010.
