Chen Yeong-kang

Chen Yeong-kang, also known as Richard Y. K. Chen, is a Taiwanese politician and retired admiral. Since 2024, he has been a member of the Legislative Yuan from the Kuomintang. He served as the commander of the Republic of China Navy from 2013 to 2015, and as the vice minister of national defense for policy from 2015 to 2016.
