Carlos Guillermo Smith

Carlos Guillermo Smith is an American lobbyist and politician who has been a member of the Florida Senate from the 17th district since 2024, covering much of Orange County east of I-4. A member of the Democratic Party, he served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2022.
