Brad Hoylman-Sigal

Brad Madison Hoylman-Sigal is an American Democratic politician who has served as Manhattan borough president since January 1, 2026. First elected in 2012, Hoylman-Sigal represented the 47th District in the New York State Senate, covering much of the west side of Manhattan in New York City. He was chairman of the New York State Senate Judiciary Committee.
