Bhupen Bora

Bhupen Kumar Borah is an Indian politician from Assam currently affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He is a former member of the Indian National Congress (INC), where he served as the president of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee from 2021 to 2025 before resigning and switching parties in February 2026. He served two-terms as a member of the Assam Legislative Assembly representing Bihpuria from 2006 to 2016.
