WOIO

WOIO is a television station licensed to Shaker Heights, Ohio, United States, serving the Cleveland area as an affiliate of CBS. It is owned by Gray Media alongside MyNetworkTV affiliate WUAB, an independent station with MyNetworkTV, Telemundo affiliate WTCL-LD and independent station WOHZ-CD ; WTCL and WOHZ also serve as translators for WOIO. All four stations have studios on the ground floor of the Reserve Square building in Downtown Cleveland. WOIO shares full-power spectrum with WUAB via a channel sharing agreement; both stations have transmitter facilities in suburban Parma.
