WPTV-TV is a television station in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States, affiliated with NBC. It is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company alongside WHDT, an independent station licensed to Stuart. Scripps also provides certain services to Fox affiliate WFLX under a shared services agreement (SSA) with Gray Media. The stations share studios on Banyan Boulevard in downtown West Palm Beach; WPTV-TV's transmitter is located along US 441 southwest of West Palm Beach.
