The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a collaboration between its founding partners, CDP, the United Nations Global Compact, World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and We Mean Business Coalition. As of 2025, over 10,000 companies have set or committed to set science-based climate targets validated by SBTi.
