Ruthzee Louijeune

Ruthzee Louijeune is an American politician and lawyer serving as an at-large member of the Boston City Council. She has been an at-large member of the Boston City Council since January 2022, and has served as the council's president from January 2024 until January 2026. She is the first Haitian-American to serve on the council.
