Presidential Adviser for Peace, Reconciliation and Unity

The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), formerly Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process is a Philippine government agency that handles peace talks and negotiations related to internal conflict and rebellion in the country, most notably the CPP-NPA-NDF and Moro conflicts.
