NordVPN is a Lithuanian VPN service founded in 2012. NordVPN is developed by Nord Security, a cybersecurity software company that was initially supported by Tesonet, a Lithuanian startup accelerator and business incubator. NordVPN states it operates in Panama, but Nord Security is incorporated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Its offices are located in Lithuania, the United Kingdom, Panama, and the Netherlands.
