Ministry of Peshmerga

The Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs (MoPA) is a ministry of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) responsible for the organization and command of the Peshmerga, the armed forces of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It oversees defense policy, coordination with international partners, and the protection of citizens' security and freedoms.
