The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Chile is the state ministry responsible for liaising between the executive branch and the judicial branch, and promoting and fostering human rights. Currently, the lawyer and scholar Fernando Rabat serves as Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Luis Silva Irarrázaval holds the position of head of the Undersecretary of Justice and Pablo Mira is head of the Undersecretary of Human Rights, all appointed under president José Antonio Kast.
