Military Court

The Military Court of the People's Liberation Army is the highest level military court of the Chinese armed forces. It is a Deputy Theater grade (副战区级) unit organized under dual subordination: administratively under the direct supervision of the Political and Legal Commission of the Central Military Commission, and operationally as a Specialized People's Court under the jurisdiction of the Supreme People's Court.
