Liberty Counsel

Liberty Counsel is a nonprofit, tax-exempt Christian ministry that engages in strategic litigation to promote evangelical Christian values and limit LGBTQ protections. It was founded in 1989 by a married couple, its chairman Mathew Staver and its president Anita L. Staver, both attorneys.
