Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission

The Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) is the public policy arm of the Southern Baptist Convention, the second-largest Christian denomination in the United States. Gary Hollingsworth is serving as interim president of the ERLC until June 1, 2026, when Evan Lenow will take over as president. The commission is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with additional offices in Washington, D.C., and Cyprus.
