Australian National Audit Office

The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) is the supreme audit institution of Australia, serving as the national auditor for the Australian Government and Parliament. It reports directly to the parliament via the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate. The ANAO sits within the Prime Minister and Cabinet portfolio for purposes of administration.
